Online Orders Return Policy
You have 10 days from the delivery of your order to return it for a refund.
For sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns on opened items that cannot be thoroughly cleaned and repackaged. This includes but is not limited to, opened reeds, lip savers, mouthpiece patches, etc.
We will not accept returns of products that are missing packaging or parts. We will not accept returns of products that are broken by the customer or clearance items, items identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, harmonicas, cleaning products, or special orders -- both custom/special orders and items we don’t stock.
You may be responsible for a cleaning & re-stocking fee.
If you wish to return an item that you do not wish to keep, that doesn’t work for you or you have changed your mind about, you will be responsible for return shipping for items. We will not provide return labels for orders being returned for these reasons. We will provide return labels if you've received the incorrect item or for defective items.
